Divine Inspiration

My favorite quote today…. (I keep coming back to it to ponder) from Albert Einstein (“Albie”), “No idea is conceived in our minds independent of our five senses” Ibid.   Question to self: Is there then no divine inspiration or does the divine inspiration use the five senses to create?

What a day!!! If you are here in South West Florida get outside in your bare feet on the beach.   Expose your self to the the healing effects of all that beach walking provides. Practice a walking meditation. Either formally meditating with a mantra such as “So-Hum” (the sound of the breath, a mantra-in-the-wild) or simply become supremely concentrated in the present, even if only for fleeting moments at a time.
The Sun on your skin (largest organ)…..purest, safest & simplest way to get your vitamin D and provide the-miracle-that-is
your-body this essential component to manufacture required nutrients to maintain new healthy cell production.

The micro nutrients and minerals from the sand and ocean water, absorbed through your feet.

The subtle micro-movement sand-walking provides to your skeletal and muscular systems not only in the feet, but also up the legs
and into the alignment of the pelvis, which supports the entire system, stimulating and re-balancing it to the top of your head!.

The clean smell of the ocean, micro nutrients, minerals and negative ions  are inhaled. Negative ions are odorless, tasteless, and invisible molecules that we inhale in abundance in certain environments. Think mountains, waterfalls, and beaches. Once they reach our bloodstream, negative ions are believed to produce biochemical reactions that increase levels of the mood chemical serotonin, helping to alleviate depression, relieve stress, and boost our daytime energy.

The cooling and soothing sights and colors of the water, sky, clouds, flora and fauna.

The taste of a delicious beverage as you do some intentional lounging and hydrating.

Ahhhhhhhh, the five senses, entree to the internal pharmacy, healing and more. The mystery unfolds.
We are here for the Joy!
Namaste,

Tess
